I've been training for 27 years, and I've been helping clients reach their personal development goals for the last five years.
I claimed second and third placement in a body building competition in 2022. For the past five years, I've been deep in the trenches learning everything I can about fitness and personal development.
I've read over 250 books in the last five years, completed a Holistic Lifestyle Coaching certification, and listened to countless fitness and personal development related podcast episodes.

The truth of the matter is that you already have all the answers within yourself. Life happens though. Over time, people pick up bad habits. Self-limiting beliefs prevent people from taking the necessary actions to become the person they want to be and building the life of their dreams.
People make commitments to themselves and don't follow through. Over time, more and more evidence of incongruence is accrued. So, when people say, "I'm going to make this change or that change," the brain calls bullshit, because it has so much evidence to prove otherwise.
Reaching one's potential and creating an abundant and fulfilling life isn't hard or complicated, but most people struggle with the consistency required to accomplish it.

Humans oscillate between three different states. People are in a contracted state, expansive state, or neutral state. Most people operate and live in a contracted state.
By tapping into gratitude, people can tap into the expansive state of being where infinite intelligence and unlimited possibilities reside. In this state, people are open to receiving all the blessings the universe has in store for them.

STEP 1: DECIDE TO WIN
To get the most out of the program, it's crucial to to decide to win. I know this may sound silly or trivial, but it's a big deal. So many times, people start a new undertaking without really defining their commitment to it.
It's important to make an unwavering commitment to yourself at the onset. Making big changes in life is something that requires 100% commitment and effort. You have to make the conscious choice that you are going to win and succeed.
Sometimes life throws curve balls. Sometimes our plans get put on pause for a while. But, just remember, as long you don't quite, winning is inevitable.
STEP 2: CONQUER NEGATIVE SELF-TALK
Everyone has experiences it. The mental inner critic that always has something negative to say. Your brain is a super computer. It's a search engine. It's a truth machine.
When you say, "I'm going to wake up at 5:00 am" after having made the same statement many times before and neglecting to follow through with that commitment to yourself, your brain calls bullshit!
If you've been breaking commitments to yourself for a long time, just know that the inner critical is going to be loud in the beginning. As you stack wins, the evidence will shift in favor of inner congruence.
As you keep commitment to yourself, the critic will begin to lose leverage. It won't go away, but it won't carry the same weight. Just know that the inner resistance is going to be there and make a commitment to confront it head on.
STEP 3: REMOVE OBSTACLES
There are two ways to move towards goals. You can take constructive action and move towards a goal directly. Or, you can stop doing and remove the things that are hindering your progress.
For instance, let's say you want to get lean. You know how many calories you need to eat each day to be in a caloric deficit. But, you're someone who lacks willpower when it comes to sweets and treats.
You have a house full of goodies that call your name and win on a consistent basis. It doesn't make sense to try to go do more work in the gym to compensate for overeating.
In this case, getting all the junk food out of the house makes the most sense. Now, you have to drive across town to get your fix. Through this one simple step, there is more friction between you and that donut.
Removing obstacles to progress is essential to prevent working against yourself.
STEP 4: INVEST IN YOURSELF
After deciding to win, committing to confronting the inner critic head on, and removing obstacles to progress, it's time to invest in yourself. Getting a coach or mentor is one of the best ways to expedite progress and spring board towards mastery of your desired outcome!
